Hey y'all!
I have been wanting to branch out a little bit and do some more "lifestyle" themed posts -- and I love seeing different people's morning routines and how they get things done, so I thought this post would be really fun to shoot and share with y'all! I also wanted to mention that I am very much a morning person, which you'll probably notice by my schedule..ha! I like to be up early and be productive and start my day off right. P.S. this is what a typical day looks like for me on class days, which are Monday/Wednesday/Friday. On Tuesday/Thursday, I just work all day, so its much more boring!
6:15am:
finally out of bed. I always make my bed first thing, just so my room is clean and my life feels put together. I have so many pillows that if I don't, my room looks really messy and cluttered, and that just really bothers me!

6:30-7:15am:
Morning run. I have caught the runner's buzz so hard, and I love the feeling of a good run or workout early in the morning. I typically just go for a run and do some extra reps of a variety of workouts at home, especially while its still nice out. (Leave a comment down below if you'd be interested in a workout routine video!)

7:15-7:30am:
After my run, I have to hop in the shower. I don't get so sweaty now that its cooling off, but I have to at least rinse off. I also wash my face with my Clarisonic Mia 2, which I just recently started using. It is a real game changer, y'all! I have a whole post on it and my skincare routine coming soon!

7:30-8:00am:
after my shower, my first order of business is coffee. I am so addicted to coffee, its bad y'all. It is my happy juice for sure. I usually either make just a medium roast cup of any kind, or Dunkin' Donuts Pumpkin Spice coffee, and I also love this sugar free creamer from CoffeeMate (also pumpkin spice flavored...who's surprised?!) While I drink my coffee, I usually have my quiet time, and read my Bible. I also throw my pajamas back on, because I save getting dressed for the last possible second!

8:00am-9:00am:
get ready. It rarely takes me an entire hour to get ready, but I like to listen to music or watch YouTube videos and relax while I get ready. I find enjoyment in the process and it helps me to have a great day if I can relax and not feel rushed.

9:00am-10:00am:
breakfast and blog time. By this time, I am usually starving, and when I run in the mornings it makes me so crazy hungry! So I have to have a pretty substantial breakfast to keep me going through class. My go-to is usually oatmeal and a piece of fruit if I don't have time to cook something, but I love making eggs (either egg white scrambles or hard boiled) with a piece of fruit, or healthy pancakes with peanut butter on them (my absolute favorite!)

I will also post to all my social media, check my blog post for the day, and read any other blogger's posts! I love having this extra little time to do something I really like in the morning, it always makes me have a great mood for the rest of the day.
10:00am: off to class!
I only have class M/W/F but when I do, I go from 10:30am-2:30pm, so it is a lot of back to back classes in terms of college. I like to have relaxing mornings filled with "me" time so that I can power through the rest of the day! Anyone else?!

So that sums up my morning routine, which is actually a pretty substantial amount of time. Like I said, I love being productive and getting stuff done first thing in the morning. Thanks for reading y'all, and I will talk to you tomorrow!
