today's post is something I am really excited about, and something I plan to do more often! I made a collage of some of my favorite beauty and fashion items for the month of February. To hear why I love them, keep on reading!
1. Denim Overalls. These are actually from the Old Navy kid section (no shocker there, I shop there too much!) But Urban Outfitters and even Target sell some that are just as awesome! These were under $30, and I didn't ever think I would be a fan of them, but then I saw Joanna Gaines (my idol) wearing them, so I figured they were cute after all! 2. Fedora hat. Okay y'all, I am obsessed with this hat, for real! I had been lusting over it after one of my favorite YouTubers Sarahbelle93x had been Instagramming about it tons. I kept looking at it, but never buying it. About a month ago, I saw it had gone on sale, so of course I had to get it (half price!) It is so unique and well made, it was well worth the money. 3. NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Addis Ababa. This lipstick has quickly become a staple in my everyday look. It looks a little crazy, but I think it's the perfect pop of pink and makes me feel super confident and fun. I love the consistency and the staying power of this product! Click here to shop.
4. Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer. This stuff is honestly crazy! If you're looking for a very covering concealer, I highly recommend you check this one out. I picked it up from Walmart for around $6, and it has lasted me forever. It's great for covering up bad dark circles (thanks college!). It is also a great dupe for the Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer.
5. Naked 1 Palette. If you can't tell, this month I really loved makeup! I went back to using the Naked 1 palette and I fell in love with a few shades again. I love Sin, Half Baked, Toasted, and Hustle. I think these create the perfect, wearable smokey eye and it has been my go-to recently.
6. Black booties. These booties have been my saving grace this month! I picked them up off Amazon for really cheap, and I have worn them like crazy. Despite their low price, they are pretty great quality and I love the elastic on the side. I'm highly considering buying them in other colors, too! Click here to check them out.
