5 Fashion Items You NEED for Fall

Hey y'all!

So it's totally not fall, and it is totally not anywhere near cooler temps here in Kansas...but between working in retail and going back to school, my mind is already in fall-mode! With that being said, I have basically stopped shopping for summer and have switched gears to a fall/transitioning mindset when I am shopping. I have put together five items that I have my eye on and will probably be purchasing for the upcoming months!

1. Dark Wash Denim Skirt.
Y'all...this one might be at the top of my list! I can't get over how cute this skirt is...and that's because I already have it in two colors! The olive green color and the white version have gotten their wear this summer, but I think I want a darker denim color for the fall seasons. And at under $20, its such a steal!

2. Black Mock Neck Tank.
You probably also saw this one coming, but this tank is one of my favs!  I have it in the striped version, and I think I will end up getting it in black as well. Paired with shorts now, and jeans and booties later, it is an easy piece that is oh so flattering. This one is also from Target, and also under $20!

3. Grey Cardigan.
This cardigan is so stinkin' cute! I can just see myself wearing it a ton this fall, and it comes in so many colors. Not to mention, it is on sale with the NSale that is currently going on. :) Pick it up for under $35 and I don't think you'll regret this one either!

4. Olive Peplum Tee.
Y'all, this is another super cute, simple item that I think would be a staple for year round, but the color and breezy fit make it perfect for the transitioning months that can be a little back and forth temperature-wise. It is a little more expensive for a basic tee, but I think it would be so great and totally worth the money.

5. Black Lace Up Flats.
I wore the heck out of my tan suede pair this past fall/winter, and i think a black pair would be absolutely perfect and easy to wear this season. I still love this trend, and I think it will still be popular. The pair I linked are super affordable, too!

Thanks for reading y'all, and happy Friday! Hope your weekend is fab :) I work one day this weekend, but otherwise I will be relaxing by the pool and enjoying one of my last weekends at home for the summer! Crazy how fast my time at home went!
