Skincare Routine ft. Clarisonic Mia 2

In today's post, I wanted to share with y'all my skincare routine. I recently started using a new system of products and tools, and I wanted to share with y'all how great they are. I like to keep it pretty simple, and to use as few products as possible to keep it from being too confusing or expensive to maintain. Keep reading for an overview of all the products and how I use them.

Step 1: Remove eye makeup.

The first thing that has to go is eye makeup! Most days I wear mascara, and skip any face makeup because I like the way my skin feels without it. However, my eyelashes are so short and blonde that I just feel best when I wear at least a little bit of mascara. So, in order to take off my makeup, I use some basic makeup remover wipes. I like the Neutrogena ones, but currently I am using these Equate ones (I only bought because of the cheetah print packaging hehe!)

Step 2: Cleanse using Clarisonic.

Next I will use my Clarisonic Daily Deep Pore Cleanser that came with my Clarisonic device. I love this stuff, it is sooo gentle but effective. I have noticed such a difference in the appearance of my skin. Although I don't really struggle with acne, my face can be red and dry, but I have noticed how much this system and product improves these qualities in my skin. I love how soft my skin feels after I wash my skin! It is also really simple to use; you just wet the brush and then put some of the face wash on the brush and turn it on. 

Step 3: Moisturize.

After I wash my skin, I apply a moisturizer because y'all its about to get cold which means my skin dries out like crazy. This one is just the target brand, but I love it. It lasts forever and is so moisturizing, I only need a teeny bit each time.

Step 4 (optional): Mask!

I love face masks, and they are all the rage these days. I either buy the little packet ones from Target or Sephora, or I use the one that came with my Clarisonic kit. This one is called _____. I use it once or twice a week, and it just cleanses off with the brush. Super easy, and makes your skin feel amazing and so soft!
