APRIL FAVORITES

Hey y'all!

Happy Saturday! So another month has come and gone, and I thought it was about time to share what I have been loving for the month of April! This month flew by so quickly! But they all seem to these days.

For starters, I feel as though I was able to try out a few new products, which always makes for good subject material in my favorites posts! I will first just break it up by fashion, beauty, lifestyle + other.

Fashion

1. White jeans.

By now y'all probably know that my favorite jeans are these because they are so soft, have the perfect stretch, and the perfect amount of distressing. For sizing, they fit pretty true to size, and I ordered a petite size. For once, I don't have to roll my jeans and I love it! Plus, they are under $37 so a total steal if you are in the market  for a good pair of white jeans.

2. Espadrilles.

I am totally loving espadrilles again this season -- they are so beachy + summery and give the perfect vibe to any outfit. I have several pairs -- flats, slip ons, and wedges -- I love them all! I linked several below in the widget if you want to shop my looks + others I am loving. You can also see them styled here, here, and here in recent posts, and here and here in posts from last season!

3. Bright bags.

If you saw in my "Must Have Bags for Spring" post here (or follow me on Insta!!!) you would know that I am really on a bright bag kick. I love making a statement and add a pop of color to an outfit. I have also found a few really affordable options that I have been wearing constantly! I have been using smaller bags, which has also been a nice change from my usual tote bags that are seemingingly bottomless pits! I linked some of my favs below!

Lifestyle

1. Kodiak Cakes Pancakes
I am really into eating healthy and running, so I love finding ways to boost my protein intake to keep me full and energized all day. I had heard about this box pancake mix from other fitness people, so I wanted to give it a try! Y'all these are really good, and have 14g of protein per serving. They are also really easy to make. I also like to mix up some PB2 and put that on top for even more protein. Topped with fruit you have a great breakfast to help power you through the morning! You can purchase the mix online here! Also, if you would want to see some more healthy eating type posts be sure to let me know because I would love to do that! :) Also, I linked some of my favorite kitchen items down below!

Beauty

1. Wet n Wild Bronzer in Ticket to Brazil.
With the warmer weather approaching, I have been loving a glowier look to my skin. One of the products I use to achieve this look is this bronzer. It appears to have a slight shimmer in the pan, but it doesn't show up that way on your face at all. Plus, it is a huge container of product and is under $5! I have heard lots of people rave about this bronzer, comparing it to higher end products (or better) and I feel the same way! I also love this bronzer in addition for contouring. It is also only $4 and is the perfect contouring product in my opinion (I use the 'cool' shade).

2. NYX Lipgloss in "Éclair" and "Angel Food Cake".
I think this product is hands down my most favorite lip gloss ever (insert praise hands emoji!!!) I am not usually a gloss kind of gal, but this one is a total game changer. I love both of these shades so much, I couldn't pick just one. They are perfect to just throw on by themselves if you want a neutral, easy look -- but also go great over matte lipsticks/lipstains. I linked the gloss, as well as some of my favorite matte lip products I tend to put the gloss over!

I hope you all enjoyed this little favorites round up post!  I always love looking back over the month and reviewing all that happened and what I loved most. Stay tuned for a special post on Monday in which I reveal a new series on my blog, my #StyleTips series!

"We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters." 1 John 3:16
