Hey y'all!

Today I wanted to share some of my favorite healthy snacks...because I am always snacking and I have the biggest appetite....and the biggest sweet tooth! So finding ways to be healthy, have a little something sweet but still stick to a good diet is important to me. I wanted to share with y'all what I like to snack on in those moments!

1. RxBar -- these are my go-to when it comes to a quick on the go breakfast or snack. I love that there is a good amount of protein and its naturally its not going to be an overload, just enough to satisfy your hunger!

2. Banana + peanut butter. This is my ultimate favorite dessert. I love peanut butter more than anything...and bananas are my absolute favorite fruit so the combination is just amazing.

3. Nut crispbread + low fat cheese spread. This is my new favorite! I recently picked up these crispbreads from Trader Joes that are around 100 calories, and I like spreading laughing cow pepper jack cheese that is lowfat and only 35 calories. Its spicy and savory -- a good contrast to my plethora of sweet snacks I have also shared!

4. Apple + string cheese. This is another great snack for on-the-go! I am obsessed with pink lady apples...they are my ultimate favorite apple. I also love keeping low-fat string cheese in the fridge as a simple way to get a little protein in, and this snack is great if I'm running late in the mornings and need a quick snack to tide me over.

5. Cashews. I don't always get a ton of protein in, so cashews are my favorite way to sneak in some protein and healthy fats.

6. Greek yogurt + dark chocolate chips. Another great snack that often I have for dessert...I love dark chocolate chips and greek yogurt! I get this kind of greek yogurt that has no sugar and no additives which I really like (called Oikos Triple Zero) -- there's only good stuff here!

7. Carrots + hummus. I definitely love dips and salty snacks sometimes too so this is a great way to satisfy that craving. Carrots are also one of my fav veggies so this one is great and super healthy too! Aldi's has this awesome assorted hummus tray that has multiple types of hummus so I love mixing it up with different flavors too!

8. Advantedge protein shake. This one is one I do enjoy and fills me up the most -- and I love the extra protein. However, its definitely not as natural of an option, so this one is only for major on the go snacking! Its definitely better than eating candy or chips or something from a drive through -- so I do like to keep that in mind. It is also great if you are trying to stick to a low-carb diet.

9. Cottage cheese + edamame + EBTB seasoning. This one miiiight sound weird, but hear me out! Cottage cheese is something I have always loved...and its definitely something that people either love or hate. I love topping it with edamame and everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joes.

10. Celery + guacamole cup. I love buying 100 calorie guacamole cups from the grocery store and eating the guac with celery pieces. Its a great and filling snack which I love!
