Hope this Friday is treating you well -- I am really enjoying being home, sleeping in my own bed and forcing my puppy to snuggle with me as much as possible! Summer is the best!
One trend I have been loving this season is the denim skirt trend. I remember in middle school when denim skirts were the coolest thing...and somehow they are back! This time, they are a little more fashionable...I hope! Mine is green and is from Target, and it was super affordable! I paired the skirt with a navy gingham blouse -- I love how classy but trendy this outfit is at the same time! And again, I am wearing my cognac wedges from Target.

Also, as for a little life update -- it is summer break for me, and I am starting to settle in back at home and get into a routine. I still have some unpacking to do (I'm totally procrastinating finishing up) and my room is kind of a disaster still. It is hard because I basically have everything to fill two bedrooms and I'm trying to fit it all into one. I also just started a retail internship at a boutique here in town, and it has been a ton of fun so far!
