I am home for just a few days since it is spring break, which has been wonderful! Yesterday was Sunday, so I went to church with my family, lunch, and ran some errands. It was a great day and like I said, the weather is just amazing!
One of my favorite ways to style my outfits is with color blocking. Today I used the colors green and blue and it gave my outfit a fun, spring-y touch.
{top - Gap, necklace - Target}
The top I wore is a blue gingham button up from Gap. I got this last year, but I know they sell ones exactly like it still! It is one of the softest shirts I own and I love it. The necklace I have on is from Target and I have to say, I wear it almost every time I dress up. I love the touch of sparkle it adds!
{shorts - J.Crew}
I paired the shirt with a kelly green pair of chino shorts from J.Crew. I bought them on sale during the fall and have literally been dying to wear them, so at the first sign of warm weather I broke them out! I love how put together they look but are still insanely comfy. Plus, if you shop the sales you can get J.Crew for affordable prices!
{shoes -- Hot Cakes}
Now here's my favorite part of the outfit, probably. My shoes! They look like Jack Rogers but guess what...they were only $24.99! I ordered them online, you can find them here: https://www.shoeshow.com/product/99432/Hot-Cakes-Sunset?color=&width=&size=&stocknum=778321
I only have the white pair, but I plan to buy them in silver and gold as well! I can definitely justify owning three pairs since they are so cheap!
I hope you all are having a wonderful day and if you happen to be on spring break, a great spring break too! I leave tomorrow for Texas, so expect posts with details of my adventures :)
xoxo,
Kenzie
